So here are my two latest layouts. They are of James' blessing. I think they turned out pretty okay. I am sure in a while I will look back at these early layouts and want to redo them but for now they look A-okay to me. I even used a stitch like my friend Crystal suggested I do. I will try to get more done this week. I want to do two pages a week and that way I will eventually catch up on James. I doubt I will ever have time to go back before James but we will see. Let me know what you think.

Looks great!!!!! Here's a trick I discovered about stitches, staples, words, etc. I find that my stitches don't look real so I add a shadow and even when I lower the shadow to zero, it still seems too high...so I discovered that if I just duplicate the layer/item that it looks darker and more realistic without it seeming to float above the page. Does that make sense?? Maybe it's just me who thinks it looks cool. Anyway, I love the pages, super cute.
